How do I order?
Ordering from txpokersupply.com is easy. While browsing through our site, place desired items in your shopping cart by clicking on the "Buy Now!" button next to the items you want. When you have selected all of the items you want, proceed to "Checkout" and follow the on-screen instructions to finish the check out process.
How do I find what I am looking for?
With over 1,200+ items sometimes you need help finding what you are looking for. We offer 2 ways to find you what you need. At the right of each page is a quick navigation bar to search for items by category description. You can also look for items using the "Quick Find" feature just below the categories section on the left of each page. Much of our inventory is unfamiliar to many customers due to the specialized nature of our merchandise. If you have any problem finding anything, email or call us at (512) 836-8365 during office hours (11 AM - 7 PM Monday - Saturday CST).
How can I check on the status of my order?
Orders are shipped within 4 business days from when the order was placed unless we have a problem charging the credit card or if we are waiting on a check for payment.
When the order ships our system will automatically forward the tracking information to the email address given on the order. This email will come from USPS - not us. If you do not receive the tracking information after 4 days, please contact us and we will email the tracking information to you.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14 day return period on most of our merchandise* with the exceptions listed below. All returns must request return authorization and send the authorized merchandise back to us within 30 days of receipt. Full refund given on approved returns less original shipping charges. You can send the returned merchandise to us however you like, although we strongly recommend using an insured trackable service.
*We are unable to accept returns on any custom chips, custom prize wheels, used equipment, cut fabric/foam, or opened videos.

How can I pay? Is it safe to use my credit card?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) and payment with PayPal. We also accept Postal or Western Union money orders made payable to Mike Blair.
For your security, we use the best encryption available for your online transactions. If you are still uncomfortable ordering online, just make a list of the items you would like to order and call us at 512-836-8365 to order by phone.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! We ship worldwide via USPS International delivery. Email us or call Nick @ 512-836-8365 for International shipping prices.
How long will it take to get my order? How much do you charge for shipping?
We ship in-stock items within 1-4 business days of receiving your order. Ground shipments within the continental US are generally delivered within 4-9 business days after being shipped. Rush shipping and handling is available at a higher cost. Please email or call us at 512-836-8365 during office hours (11 AM - 7 PM Monday - Friday CST) for details.
International shipping is delivered by USPS International services. USPS does not offer Tracking Numbers on International shipments other than Express and Global Express Shipments contact us for those prices.
Shipping costs in the US are Flat Rate between $5-$10 dollars based on your Mail Zone in the US and total weight of your items.
